One box.
Three handmade treats.
Sent with intention.
Pineapple cakes, butter & almond cookies, and snowflake crisp — boxed by hand and posted across the UK on the day you choose. No prices on the parcel, just your message slipped beneath the lid.
Three crafted things, in one considered box.
Each treat is made by hand in small batches, then laid into the box the morning it ships. Together, they tell a quiet story of Chinese pastry: buttery, floral, delicate.
Buttery shortcrust pastry around slow-cooked golden pineapple jam. Sweet, tart, comforting.
Cold-creamed butter and toasted almond, baked just past pale — fragrant and shortbread-crisp.
Milky nougat folded with cranberries, pistachio and biscuit shards. Chewy, snowy, moreish.
Handmade recipes, kept close to home.
Tang Yuan started in a home kitchen, with recipes carried across generations and a simple wish: that the act of giving should feel as considered as the thing being given.
We still make every batch by hand. We bake to order so nothing sits on a shelf. And we keep the range small on purpose — one box, done properly, before anything else.
From your message to their doormat.
